The Research On Terrorism Crime Suspect Interrogation

Terrorism crime refers to "on terrorism,organizations or individuals,or under the influence of an extremist ideology dominated by violence,threat or other means of terrorism related,in violation of the criminal legislation,criminal responsibility should be investigated." compared with ordinary criminal suspects involved in terrorist interrogation of criminal suspects the work has its particularity in many aspects,this paper tries to analyze the characteristics of the suspects involved in terrorism,and put forward the countermeasure of the trial,is divided into the following five chapters:The first chapter,an overview of the criminal suspects involved in terrorism,mainly defines the concept of terrorism suspects involved,as well as the basic situation of terrorism suspects involved in the trial of foreign and domestic research.The second chapter,the trial of suspects involved in terrorist crime analysis.Mainly from three dimensions of terrorism related suspects were analyzed,respectively,different types of crimes involving terrorism analysis of psychological and behavioral characteristics of the suspect,the suspect at the trial stage of the process of extreme psychological characteristics analysis and trial involving terrorism suspects the common anti trial behavior analysis.The third chapter,the focus and difficulty of crimes involving terrorism suspects for trial.The trial focus on: to comply with the statutory procedures,accurate identification of charges,to distinguish between Islam and religious extremism,distinguish ethnic emotion and ethnic separatist ideas;trial difficulties: to establish an effective communication,intractable extremist ideology,the urgency of the breakthrough of oral confession,and crime subjective recognition the elements.The fourth chapter,crime suspects involved in terrorist interrogation methods involving terrorism suspects.According to the characteristics,and the trial of the key and difficult,this paper put forward the following methods of interrogation,including the use of extremist logic,ethnic and religious ideas to the extreme,the analysis using the social support system,the use of evidence and information and the collapse of the organizational structure.The fifth chapter,perfect idea involving terrorism suspects involved in terrorist interrogation protection mechanism.The suspect tried many difficulties,only trial approach is not sufficient to completely solve the problem,so this paper presents the following three security mechanism to ensure the smooth progress of the work of further interrogation,including the establishment of trading system in the trial,involving terrorism crime witness the special protection system and professional crimesinvolving terrorism suspects for trial team.
