Psychological Characteristics Of Female Terrorist And Its' Application In Investigative Interrogation

In recent year,terrorism activities in our country are frequent,and terrorist criminal activities are characterized by organization,violence and extremism.All kinds of violent terrorist incidents occur frequently,which seriously endanger social stability and national security.Investigation and interrogation play a particularly important role in the investigation of such cases.It is possible to obtain confessions and provide necessary evidence for the trial at the same time.It is also one of the important means to obtain information indirectly.In recent years,the proportion of women participating in violent terrorism cases in Xinjiang has increased year by year.In some cases,women even play a major role.In view of the particularity of terrorism cases and the uniqueness of women's gender characteristics,the difficulties and emphasis of interrogation for female terrorists are different from that for male terrorists.Therefore,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the behavior and psychology of female terrorism-related personnel in terrorist crime cases,specific measures should be taken to set up special interrogation teams,optimize the membership structure,add the role of emotional,linguistic and evidence deterrence,carry out ideological fortification and emotional assistance,and maximize the effectiveness of interrogation.Taking the police detention centers in Xinjiang as an example,On the basis of extensive literature review,field interviews and case analysis,the author makes an analysis and summary of the relevant issues concerning the interrogation of female terrorism-related personnel.The main content of this article is divided into four parts: the first part is the problem,mainly through practical investigation,summarizes the difficulties of female terrorism-related personnel interrogation,focusing on the thought and behavior of female terrorism-related personnel in the interrogation,summarizes the difficulties in the interrogation process,and provides a problem framework for the later research of countermeasures;the second part focuses on the analysis of psychological and behavioral characteristics of female terrorismrelated personnel in the investigation and interrogation.The third part discusses the factors that influence the psychological characteristics of interrogation of female terrorism-related personnel,and analyses and summarizes the factors of investigators and interrogated objects themselves,including the structural factors of investigators,interrogation skills,interrogation expertise,individual cultural level and sex of interrogated objects.The fourth part combines the practice of public security work and the conclusion of previous analysis and argumentation,and puts forward the following countermeasures: first,to prepare for interrogation;second,to make rational use of evidence;third,emotional influence;fourth,moderate pressure should be exerted by using the social support system of suspects involved in terrorism.
