Research On The Construction Of Foundation Informationization Of Public Security From The Perspective Of Fighting Against Crime,Prevention,Supervision And Control

Today,with the rapid development of information construction,public security environment is more complex and changeful,and the criminal activities are becoming more and more intelligent,scientific and professional,and thus only if the public security collect intelligence information positively,analyze objectively and use the information in proper,the key points of social security can be hold and the criminal activities can be prevented,controlled and fought.Therefore,strengthening the construction of foundation informationization of public security plays an important role in fighting against the illegal and criminal activities,improving the ability to govern the situation of social order and achieving the sustainable development of public security work.This paper bases on the perspective of fighting against crime,prevention,supervision and control to study the construction of foundation informationization of public security,and analyzes the current shortages by literature references and case analysis,and further proposes the targeted solutions to perfect the construction of foundation informationization of public security,so that foundation informationization of public security can be used by police in better way and help the police to carry out the construction of foundation informationization of public security to some extent.This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter One addresses the concept,components and meanings of foundation informationization of public security,as well as the concept and current situation of fighting against crime,prevention,supervision and control of public security organization.Chapter Two demonstrates the relationship between foundation informationization of public security and work of fighting against crime,prevention,supervision and control.Chapter Three analyzes the difficulties in the construction of foundation informationization of public security under the condition of serving for fighting against crime,prevention,supervision and control.Chapter Four describes that the construction of foundation informationization of public security requires to seize the principles of practical service,top design,overall planning,people first,standard management and safety guarantee.Chapter Five proposes the solutions for perfection of the construction of foundation informationization of public security,including strengthening information collection and deepening the understanding,insisting the awareness of information leading policing and speeding resource integration,realizing the information share,establishing the information processing system by scientific integration and deep analysis,deepening application and optimizing the safeguard system.
