The Predicament And Its Breakthrough Of Business Interest Associations

The study of endogenously market-driven business interest associations shows that they are based on the economic relevance and the commonality of the interests.Business interest associations based on property rights,size and industry heterogeneity,will cause the division of members,so that business interest associations are difficult to gather members,which means that the business interests associations cannot construct,coordinate and express the common interests.And this is the predicament of business interest associations.Therefore,how to build a common interest or to coordinate the interests of different members has become urgent.G Chamber of Commerce in Province G has a very high heterogeneity.However,G Chamber of Commerce broke through this predicament.According to the study of this article,the G Chamber of Commerce in G Province has built a special relationship between the association and members through services and operation.The Chamber of Commerce resort to the core members' support and vice versa but it is independent of general members or conversely.G Chamber of Commerce break through the predicament,which lies in its construction of the relationship of difference sequence that contributes to promote the integration of resources,forming a community of interests and build the networks to make up the lack of common interest.The breakout mechanism described in this paper may be a viable option for the development of large-scale business interest associations.
