Research On The Role Of Local Government In Rural Tourism Development

Rural tourism to rural natural beautiful pastoral scenery,fascinating landscape style,unique agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery festivals,ancient houses and deep historical and cultural resources,based on past rural leisure travel and agricultural experience Tourism,development to the current set of tourism and leisure,agricultural experience,health,sports,entertainment,business services,cultural industries is one of the tourism approach.Rural tourism not only can effectively promote agricultural development in rural areas,rural progress,increase farmers' income,but also to promote the overall social and economic development in all directions,so the development of rural tourism by the local government attention.In the development of rural tourism,the role of local governments is extremely important,both through the means of administrative management to control the behavior of the interests of the market,but also through policy guidance to control the direction of rural tourism development.Based on the relevant theories of local governments in rural tourism,this paper analyzes the advantages,status quo,characteristics and localities of developing rural tourism in Dongqian Lake tourist resort by using the methods of literature analysis and statistical investigation,combined with the practices and experiences of local governments at home and abroad.The government to promote the development of rural tourism and the existing problems for the East Lake Tourist Resort tourism development in rural areas to provide countermeasures and suggestions.It is found that the current rural tourism in Dongqian Lake Tourist Resort is mainly due to the lack of rural tourism planning,the backwardness of public infrastructure,the rural tourism environment to be improved and the weak brand influence,which leads to the slow development of rural tourism.Therefore,we should give full play to the role of local governments in rural tourism,integrate resources and develop projects,and do well in management and service.We should focus on the following tasks: First,improve rural tourism development planning;second,strengthen public infrastructure construction,Three is to actively improve the rural tourism environment,four is to cultivate high-quality brand,play the role of local government to protect the rural tourism health and sustainable development.
