Study On The Role Of Ocal Government In Rural Tourism Development Of Taizhou City

Rural tourism is a cultural activity that takes full advantage of cultural resources in rural areas,aiming at developing various tourism activities with rural characteristics.The strong growth of rural tourism in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces makes rural tourism an important pole to promote the development of the tourism economic zone in the Yangtze River Delta.It has a great role in promoting the optimization and upgrading of the rural industrial structure,increasing the sense of farmers' acquisition,improving the rural appearance and promoting the development of rural tourism.Taizhou is a famous historical and cultural city and an important tourist city in China.It has beautiful environment and pleasant scenery.A large number of rural tourism spots have emerged in the wave of rural development in the country.Rural tourism has become a new growth point of tourism economy in Taizhou.The local government is based on the local fine traditional culture.The natural resources of the Qin Lake are rich in natural resources,such as the wetland,geothermal hot springs and the elk of the national rare animals,which are suitable for wild animals and plants to live and reproduce.The local government has made great efforts to build a national tourist brand such as "the first feature of the country" and "the most beautiful ecological town in China".It is based on scientific planning,policy support and other measures to promote the vigorous development of rural tourism in the county.However,in the process of great development,the rural tourism in the town of Qin Tong has also gradually highlighted the low level of development such as management confusion,repeated construction,blind investment,lack of planning,and no turning back.In the course of the development of rural tourism,the disorder and low level of development are rooted in the spontaneity and blindness of the market economy,which reflect the lack of government public management.In the theory of public management and sustainable development,the article commends the promoting role of Qin Tong in supporting policy,overall planning,legal basis,marketing strategy and so on.At the same time,it points out that thegovernment needs to improve in the development of Rural Tourism: there is no mature market and administrative management.The system,the policy and the laws and regulations are not matched.Then,we will provide suggestions for local governments: government functions optimization,development planning improvement,ecological protection,marketing innovation,and ultimately promote the vigorous development of rural tourism.
