With the acceleration of industrialization urbanization in China,more and more rural labor transfer to the city,migrant workers are constrained by the institutional structure,a large number of farmers are forced to stay in the rural,therefore,a new type of group left-behind children.The left-behind children in rural areas have a series of problems because of their long lack of parental care.The rural left-behind children is a complex social problem,is the by-product of the rural surplus labor transfer to the city,and the problems of the rural left-behind children need the participation of many subjects,such as government,family,school,society and so on.Based on reading a lot of literatures and field survey in Nayong County,for the6-17 year old rural left-behind children questionnaire survey,some basic situation,understand the rural left-behind children's life,learning and parents,found that there are problems of rural left-behind children.Through in-depth interviews of rural left-behind children guardians,teachers,civil affairs system of public officials,committee members and staff of social organization,government,school,family and understand the social forces in solving the problem of rural left-behind children on the work and achievements,study the existing problems in the governance problems of left-behind children.Starting from the background of government innovation and social governance into rural left-behind children to solve problems,analysis of each subject of government,family,school and society is introduced to solve the necessity and feasibility of left-behind children problem.Through the discussion of rural left-behind children collaborative governance path,the collaborative governance model solving the problem of rural left-behind children,that the government is the leading force,the main responsibility for family care,the school is an important basic strength,physical model of collaborative governance social forces to participate.
