With the deepening of reform and opening since 1980s and the process of the integration of urban and rural ,a great number of rural people poured into cities to seek survival and development and a powerful"peasant-worker tide"was coming up.. Among those workers, are a large portion of young parents. Because of various reasons they had to leave their children who are receiving compulsive education at hometown, thus, a large—scale group of left-behind children produced。Parents go to work in cities, which has a definite impact on the cultivation of children. Whether they grow up healthily and become a qualified member of the society not only affects tens of thousands of children and juvenile in the future and destiny but also matters the quality of China's future population and the social stability and improvement.This essay takes the perspective of socialization in sociology to analyze comprehensively the healthy growth of rural left-behind children. Socialization studies how a person interacts with the society in certain conditions, and completes the transformation from a biological people into a social people.After it briefed out the socialization theories, This text analyzed summarily the advantage of the rural left-behind children after their parents worked out, focused on analysis of the rural left-behind children in the family, school, peer groups, the mass media of the four major areas of bad socialization factors. Based on this, the text provided a series of countermeasures to how to solve the socialization's problems of rural left-behind children. This text includes four parts.The first part points out research background, research meaning, literature summary, research thoughts and research approach.The second part provides an overview of some theories on socialization; and define children , left-behind children, socialization and socialization problem.The third part is the empirical research of socialization of left-behind children in Mabu Town Wanzai County. Here it makes a short introduction of the place where the research was carried out, explained the choice of sample and research process , briefly analyzed the advantages of the socialization of rural left-behind children after their parents worked out and focused on the problem on left-behind children's socialization.Part four is about how to solve the problem of socialization of rural left-behind children. The essay takes the following countermeasures: create a good family education atmosphere, improve parental quality, strengthen the communication between teachers and parents, heighten the quality of teachers and the hardware condition ,reinforce rural cultural construction and invest rural vocational education.
