| It is an important task for the government to deal with the home-school conflict in middle school effectively.The home-school conflict has seriously affected the normal educational order,bring serious influence to the smooth running of middle school teaching activities and damaging the students’ right to receive education seriously.With parents paying more attention to their children’s education,the home-school conflict in middle school is more universal and widespread.Due to improper handling of some conflicts of home-school conflict in middle schools,they even caused serious public management emergencies.The conflict between home and school in middle school has become an important problem that affects social stability.How to effectively solve the conflicts between home and school is of great significance for building a harmonious society and promoting the optimization of public management.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,this study explores the intervention measures for the contradiction between home and school.Research results intervention is helpful to enrich the research results in the fields of family school conflict,middle school education management and so on.At the same time,the research results can provide theoretical enlightenment for public management and improve the effectiveness of intervention in the contradiction between home and school.This study takes D City as the research object and conducts a questionnaire survey and interview survey.In this study,200 subjects were investigated by the Questionnaire on the Current Situation of Government Intervention in Middle School Conflicts.At the same time,this research adopts interview surveys to conduct interview survey among educational administrative department staff,middle school leaders and middle school front-line teachers.After the completion of the survey,this study analyzes the results of questionnaire survey and interview survey.It is found that in the face of home-school conflict,the government intervention objectives are different from those of middle schools and parents.The path of government intervention is different from that of middle school and parents.The government fails to give full play to its ability to intervene.There are several reasons for the analysis of the present situation of home-school conflict intervention in middle schools.It is the lack of sufficient legal basis for the settlement of the conflict.It is lack of communication and coordination mechanism.The parents are distrust of the government.The transparency of government intervention policy information is low.According to the current situation of family-school conflict,from the perspective of collaborative governance,the author believes that the behavior of the government,middle schools and parents should be coordinated to improve the effectiveness of intervention.Therefore,this paper get some suggests.It is the synergistic intervention with different subject objectives.It formulates standardized collaborative intervention work procedures.It is to establish the communication mechanism of different subjects.It is to enhance secondary schools’ and parents’ understanding of government interventions.It is to establish a professional force for collaborative intervention. |
