The Research On Legal Issues Of Safety Supervision On Construction Industry In China

With the acceleration of urbanization process,China is carrying out the largest infrastructure in the world.The scale of investment is increasing year by year,which brings tremendous pressure on production safety,supervision and management.At this stage,we have taken lots of measures on two aspects of legislation and law enforcement.However,the production safety accidents still occur frequently.It's time to take a deep reflection on the supervision of construction safety in China and the various legal issues involved in the extensive discussion.Firstly,this paper expounds the basic mode and main content of production safety supervision on the construction industry in our country,which also takes analysis of the existing legal provisions and characteristic systems of them.From two angles of law legislation and enforcement,the paper points out the problems and defects that the relevant main body have in the process of supervision.Through analysis,we could find that the main duties of safety production supervision should be further defined.At the same time,the duties of relevant administrative departments in charge of construction,the safety supervision and management departments and other responsibilities need to be further implemented.This paper aims to put forward some measures and suggestions by strengthening the construction safety supervision of legal system construction,innovativing modes of construction safety production supervision and management and promoting community participation in construction safety supervision,in order to ensure the supervision of construction safety production in China to achieve tangible results and implements.
