Study On The Slogans' Political Functions Since The Establishment Of The P.R.C

As a propaganda carrier,slogan is an important means to realize effective rule and some of the basic values of political life.It is deeply rooted in the soil of China's millennium cultures,as an effective tool for people's conceptual rule and an essential carrier for policy propaganda,the slogans' function has its necessity.China's millennium political culture tradition and public psychology has provided the possibility for slogans' existence and continuation.Therefore,the history of China's slogan can easily express China's political history visually,lively and briefly.Since the founding of the P.R.C,the political function of the slogan has its common futures,such as in the function of propagation and spreading the party's policy,advocating the public values and realizing the political mobilization and behavior orientation of the people.Also,it has personality characteristics,before the reform and openness,slogans can nature people's party identification,realize the consolidation of the central power and strengthen the ruling authority,all of these functions are complied with the value orientation of an era,they are products of the era and outcome of the power rule.After the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party,with the economic reform and the deepening development of the reform and openness,slogans' survival soil has undergone a substantial change,slogans also from the original service for the political to the service for the economy,they got a multi-level,multi-field and diversified development.The form of the slogan also changed,from the class struggle transformed into the economic construction,then to the contemporary harmony and humanity.This article attempts to use the theory of politics,psychology,sociology and other disciplines,put the slogan in a specific era background,to tap its unique political function of the specific period,integration of history and theory,combined with the development of the times as a lead,analyses the development trend of slogans' political function,and study the political factors that influence the slogans' political function.I believe that under the influence of institutional change and ideological change,the slogan to achieve the purpose of governance in a sense has become a form,Slogans' function in political area growing weaker and weaker,how to realize the transformation of the slogans' political function becomes very important,it not only meet the demand of the reality,but also is the inevitable part of the slogans' development in the future.
