Research On Countermeasures To Prevent Village Officials Corruption At The Grass-roots Level In Rural Areas

In recent years,with the increasing investment and support of the three rural areas and the rapid development of rural social economy,the corruption problem of village officials is also increasingly highlighted.The phenomenon of "small officials and big corruption" has occurred repeatedly in the rural collective "three capital" areas.The corruption of the rural grassroots,especially the village officials,not only harms the interests of the grassroots,but also severely damages the social fairness.At the same time,it also seriously damages the image of the party and the grass-roots government,and becomes the most centrifugal "cancer".The nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward that we should comprehensively promote the strict administration of the party to the grass-roots level,and seriously punish the corruption problems that happen around the masses,and ensure the realization of the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Therefore,strengthening the research and analysis of corruption in rural grassroots village officials is of great significance for consolidating the ruling position of the party and stabilizing the grass-roots political power at the township level.The corruption of rural grassroots officials has aroused widespread concern in the social and academic circles.Compared with other areas,the study of corruption is more focused on the macro level.There is still a lack of practical research on how to effectively prevent such corruption.According to the "village official" groups as the main research object,adopts the method of empirical research,based on some case collection and analysis,in-depth analysis of the current rural grassroots corruption case main types,main characteristics and reasons of typical cases in Guangzhou city in recent years to investigate the rural grassroots corruption case,key on corruption,corruption and corruption prevention of the relationship between the three discussed reasons respectively from many aspects of the "village official corruption",focus on the analysis of the "village official corruption" the fundamental reason and internal rules,the paper puts forward some rural grassroots corruption prevention management measures and the countermeasures.I think outside the box jade,Guangzhou as the economically developed Pearl River Delta region,the prevention and control of rural grassroots corruption village "countermeasures,should be as a kind of practice and provides reference model for the other parts of our country to prevent and control the rural grassroots corruption problem.
