Study On Preventing And Soluting Problems Of Group Events For Neighborhood Committees

When the international and domestic situations experience developmental changes in recent years,collective incidents increase on a daily basis,which exert unfavorable impact to the social and political stability.For this problem,the Communist Party of China and Chinese government attach high importance and made a series of important arrangements.It is required to process contradictions in this new situation,master the relations between the publicity correctly and safeguard the legal interests of the masses.The requirements on constructing a harmonious society requires us to clarify and enhance the working mechanism,enhance coordination,adopt effective measures,strive for collective activities and discover signs as soon as possible.In the meantime,there is a need to make proper processing,effectively solve problems,work out basic-root problems and work hard to safeguard the grand situation of reform,development and stability.High building rises from the ground.The neighborhood community is the most fundamental organization and the most front field that has the closest relations with the masses,gets to know public opinion,experience the sufferings of the masses,prevent and handle collective incidents.Based on the above-mentioned responsibilities and significance,the thesis adopts literature review method,case research method and on-site research method.Meanwhile,it proposes advice for improvement from the perspectives of how Neighborhood Community A should play its role in preventing and handling collective incidents,how to set up a sound system,how to improve the deficiency in the current phase and how to adopt preventive measures.
