Personnel file management is the core part of personnel work,and now the way of personnel file management in many areas is still in a very backward and original state,which is difficult to adapt to the information and network management trend with the rapid development of science and technology.At present,information construction projects are becoming a new path for innovation and development of all walks of life.As an important basis for organizing personnel departments to investigate and understand cadres and promote and appoint cadres,the introduction of information management technology into civil servants' personnel files and increasing efforts to promote the transformation of personnel files from traditional mode to digital management mode are of great practical significance for deepening the reform of civil servants in China?Therefore,this paper mainly studies the problems and solutions in the process of promoting the Informatization Transformation of civil servants' personnel files,so as to make the informatization management mode of civil servants' personnel files more in line with the requirements and expectations of managers.Based on the author's daily experience in personnel work,this paper takes the informatization construction of personnel files of H Municipal Public Security Bureau as the research object,and analyzes the demand for informatization management of personnel files and the change of management mode from three aspects of management system,talent allocation and informatization management construction goal,so as to solve the informatization level development of personnel files of H Municipal Public Security Bureau Slowly seek solutions to problems.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which discusses the research background,purpose,significance,research ideas,methods and innovation.The second part describes the concept of civil servants' personnel file management and information construction.The third part to the fifth part are the main part of this paper,respectively discusses the current situation,existing problems,cause analysis,information management countermeasures and suggestions.The sixth part,as the end of the article,contains the conclusion and the references and acknowledgments in the process of writing.This paper hopes to further promote the informatization construction of organization and personnel system,effectively integrate the existing system resources,promote the technical integration of various business systems of organization and personnel department,optimize the workflow,and provide replicable and popularized experience model of informatization management of personnel files for the public security organs of counties(districts)under the jurisdiction of H city by taking the digitalization of personnel files of H city as an opportunity Type.
