With the increasing traffic congestion in some large and medium-sized cities in China,more and more transportation inconvenience to people is appearing,the incidence of traffic accidents is increasing,Tianjin is one of the cities.In order to get rid of the traffic jam problems and energy efficiency,the subway as an important part of public transportation has become a necessary choice for people living in Tianjin,and the level of public service of Tianjin has been improved to some extent.But due to the complexity of subway structure relatively closed,and traffic is relatively dense,in case of emergencies such as fire,it is easy to cause serious accident.It is a threat to people's life and property.When a subway fire damage is the fact that people cannot avoid,government departments in China begin to take the necessary measures to pursue efforts for supervision and administration of rail transit emergency management,especially the subway,to reduce the loss to the lowest from the fire.But because of the rapid development of the subway in Tianjin with only a few years time,therefore,there are still some deficiency in the emergency management and fire safety management of the subway in Tianjin.Based on the theory of emergency management and fire safety management,combined with the characteristics and the risk of subway fire and the present condition of subway fire safety management of Tianjin,this article talks about the necessity of subway fire emergency plan;Simulation to test the emergency plan of subway ‘Tianjin station' is feasible;Through Contrasting the subway fire safety management of domestic major cities,such as Beijing and Shanghai,to find the choke point of subway fire safety management of Tianjin,then put forward reasonable suggestions.
