Urban Community Research Staff Performance Appraisal System

With the development of community construction in our country,the development of urban community is the urgent requirement of reform,opening up and socialist modernization.Community has become the basis of social management,to undertake the affairs of social management is becoming more and more along with the enterprise reform and change government functions,enterprise stripping of social function and the function of government transfers out,most sinks into the community.The community now has more than 100 functions.Community work in the community has gained broader social attention.Only by building a team of community workers can we do better in building a harmonious community.The establishment of a scientific and effective professional harmonious community.The establishment of a scientific and effective professional performance appraisal system for urban community is a breakthrough in the management of the community.The main object of this study is the professional team and community construction experts in xi'an.This paper analyzes and finds the deficiencies and causes of the professional performance appraisal of xi'an community.First of all,select performance appraisal methods.By comparing target management method,balanced scorecard and key performance method,a more effective method of performance evaluation is selected.Secondly,according to the content of full-time work,determine the performance evaluation indicators at all levels.Thirdly,AHP is used to analyze the weight of the indexes at different levels,and the method is applied to the community as an example.Finally,this paper briefly describes the implementation of the assessment methods.This research has solved the problem that the former assessment methods are not quantitative,can not be compared,and the quality of assessment is low,and has provide tits own opinions and suggestions for the...
