Community is the most closely connected organization with people’s life,and it is also a powerful grasp of national governance.The ability level of community employees not only affects people’s daily life,but also has an impact on the country’s grassroots governance.For community employees,high-quality performance appraisal can play a positive guiding role.The performance appraisal of community employees has been implemented for many years in our country,and in recent years,it has increased the assessment of star rating of community.Through case analysis,investigation and research,and consulting the current academic,journals and works on the performance appraisal of community employees,this paper aims at the problems of unclear appraisal indexes,long working hours,high pressure,low salary,small promotion space,grass-roots administration of appraisal methods,and passive coping with various administrative tasks assigned by competent departments and streets,Efforts should be made to combine the performance appraisal of community employees with community governance,comprehensively consider the evaluation of community residents,property companies,industry committees and community volunteers,and combine the advanced experience and measures in the appraisal of community employees at home and abroad,and comprehensively use the Delphi method,hierarchical analysis method,two factor theory,multi-level evaluation method,multi-level evaluation method and multi-level evaluation method In order to improve the assessment level of community employees,the theory of management by objectives puts forward the following measures: optimizing the assessment methods of performance indicators of community employees,improving the assessment process,increasing the protection of the treatment of community employees,clarifying the responsibilities of community work,unifying the approval and management of "one vote veto" and "claim" feedback assessment results,and implementing the whole process supervision,And then improve the ability of community employees to serve the masses.
