Martial Arts Techniques In Heilongjiang Province Police Actual Combat Skills Training To Carry Out The Presengt Situation And Countermeasure Research

“The police of People's Republic of China aims to perform police's duties,maintain national security and social order,and defend people's lives and property.” In recent years,with the development of economy,all kinds of cases,events are becoming complexly and diversely.The death of the basic level of policeman when dealing with the enforcement.In 2016,the number of death is 362.Since the 18 th cpc national congress,2105 policeman have dead.We really feel a pity of that.One hand,it shows the grim situation our policeman are facing.On the other hand,the actual combat capability of our policeman is in a very low level.Public security police combat training is the civilian life of the police,public security police training department bear the training work of policeman.So,it's the most important thing to carry out the training work of practical skills training.This paper is based on the instructors and front line police who work in four inservice education and training units,studies the martial arts techniques applied in the basic situation of the relevant courses in the actual combat skills training in the police,the basic situation of the students participating in the training of police skills.Survey method,literature data,mathematical statistics were used to study the 52 instructors and 400 front line police.And the author also have a communicate with police combat skills experts.This paper analyzes and discusses the problems in the application of martial arts techniques in the training of police in Heilongjiang province And draw the following conclusions:The talents who work in professional fields like martial arts and free combat and other fields in police combat instructor team is very few.Although the physical quality of most instructor is excellent,for free defense and control and use of police equipments is prefer theory to practice.These cases are difficult to introduce suitable techniques for martial arts.The ages,physical fitness of the training police in Heilongjiang province are quite different,which can influence the development of martial arts techniques training.The professional knowledge is limited,the cardinal number is very few.Meanwhile,the workload is so heavy and the strength of police training and teaching innovation is in a low level.In the police combat skills training,the instructors an only teach some moderate appropriate action for the poor physical fitness policeman can be trained.So quality of training greatly reduced,some effective martial arts techniques can only show to everyone to observe,restricting the development of martial arts training.There are not so many arrangements for police training sessions,in the teaching process emphasis on the curriculum of the system,while ignoring the key contents.At the same time,the police practice training has always applied the old textbooks,some contents is not practical,which can not be updated in time to satisfy the current situation needs of the technical action.The practical content of police grave training is not available.The policeman is short for knowledge of martial arts skills.Some of the police training base aims to carry out the skills training which has been included in the training of martial arts basic skills.But these are some of the basic alert posture and fist action,formalization is serious.And lack of investment in professional staff,facilities.Students can not learn the real technical essentials,and achieve the appropriate training purposes.Harm can't be available in training and training,but some leaders and instructors aims to reduce the unnecessary non-combat attrition and responsibility accident.They don't change teaching methods,protective measures and training equipment,on the contrary,they reduced student's practice of confrontation,focusing on individual students' technical action exercises,which is not practicality.Lack of training funds and training hardware conditions.There are no special integrated fighting training hall and even the basic boxing sandbags in some areas,which can't guarantee the normal development of free defense courses,and harmful to the training.
