The Construction Of Basic Pension Service System From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

In 1999,China entered the aging society and deepened the degree which promoting the growth of the demand for pension services.With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard,people's requirement for the quality of life has been improved.The old age pension service demand presents the common character and the individuality coexists.This study takes Taicang as a case and take Literature method,questionnaire method,interview method to understand the status quo of the demand for basic pension services for the elderly in Taicang and The basic old-age service provided by the government for the elderly.I evaluate the supply and demand of basic pension services,analyze the supply and demand contradiction of Taicang's pension services and put forward the countermeasures for the construction of basic pension service system.The study is divided into six partswhich includes introduction,basic pension service demand analysis.the present situation of basic endowment service,basic pension service supply and demand contradiction,experience of basic pension service at home and abroad and basic pension service system construction countermeasures.Basic pension services are divided into three categories which includeHome pension,Community pension,Institutional pension.Basic pension service content is divided into four categories which include daily care service,medical care service,spiritual consolation service and social participation.Analyze supply and demand situation of them to solve the contradiction between supply and demand.
