Supply And Demand Problems And Countermeasures Of Pension Institutions In Tongzhou District,Beijing

According to the data of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics for 2019,as of the end of2018,the number of permanent residents in the city was 21.542 million,and the number of people aged 60 and over was 3.648 million,accounting for 16.9% of the total population of the city;among them,the population was 65.14 million.It accounts for 11.2% of the total population of the city,accounting for 66.2% of the total number of elderly people in the city;the number of people aged 80 and over is 586,000,accounting for 2.7% of the total population of the city,accounting for 16.1% of the total number of elderly people in the city.According to the data from Beijing White Paper on the Development of Old Ageing and the System of Pension System（2017）,at the end of 2017,the number of elderly residents aged 60 and over in Tongzhou District of Beijing was 180,000,accounting for 23.4% of the total registered population in Tongzhou District.According to the relevant standards of the 1956 United Nations Population Aging and its Social and Economic Consequences,Beijing and Tongzhou District are in a stage of deep aging.As the number of elderly people continues to increase,the problem of the elderly population is highlighted.The physical condition of the elderly is deteriorating,and the contradiction between old-age care and support is more prominent.In the future,the population of Beijing will become more aging,and the demand for old-age care will burst out.The elderly will gradually choose a more professional,scientific and perfect old-age care institution to enjoy their old age,and institutional pension will become the top priority of the entire pension system.The author first consulted the official website of the Beijing Municipal Government to obtain the basic information of the pension institutions in Tongzhou District.The overall situation of the supply and demand of the pension institutions in Tongzhou District was analyzed from the situation of the elderly population in Tongzhou District,the status quo of the supply of the old-age care institutions,the current situation of the residents’ demand for the aged care institutions and the status quo of the pension institutions.Then,using the field survey,telephone communication and seminar research method to investigate the supply status of the pension institutions in Tongzhou District,randomly select 200 elderly people from the six pension institutions in Tongzhou District as the survey object,conduct a questionnaire survey to understand the current aged care institutions staying in the elderly.The status quo of people’s needs and the supply status of the services of the old-age institutions,and analyze the contradiction between supply and demand and the reasons from the four aspects of life care,rehabilitation,spiritual comfort and infrastructure.Finally,according to these problems and reasons,from the government,society,institutions themselves The corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
