Study On The Crime Of Floating Population In Xiangcheng District Of Suzhou City And The Countermeasures

China's urbanization in the process of the emergence of a large population of floating population,they made a great contribution to economic development,while the high incidence of the crime of the group a serious threat to the stability of social order.It is urgent and important to analyze the characteristics of the phenomenon of floating population groups and analyze the reasons behind them.It is urgent and important to formulate the public policy to prevent and control the crime of floating population.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part defines the concept of floating population,clarifies the scope and overall characteristics of the research object.The second part takes the floating population and its criminals in Xiangcheng District of Suzhou City as the research object,and analyzes the characteristics,rules and changing trends in the form of graphs.The third part analyzes the causes of the crime of the floating population by the theory of relative deprivation,cultural conflict theory,social disintegration theory and social anomaly theory.The fourth part summarizes the current work of the floating population management and its shortcomings,proposed by reforming the household registration system,improve the level of social security and other measures to improve the management of floating population,control the phenomenon of high incidence of floating population crime.
