Group Work Involves Research On The Cultivation Of Volunteer Spirit Of Community Volunteers

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In order to better promote socialist modernization,we should not only attach importance to the building of a modern economic system,but also build a modern social structure on this basis.In fact,with the continuous optimization of the social governance pattern,the focus of China's social governance has gradually moved down to the grass-roots level.The rapid development of communities has prompted a large number of community volunteers to emerge and actively devote themselves to community volunteer services.However,although the development of a large number of community voluntary services effectively promotes the development of community and social governance,at the same time,some community voluntary services with low quality and lack of order also cause the waste of community resources.Professional social workers come to work at the community level to cultivate volunteers who carry out community voluntary services,which can provide a strong guarantee for community construction.In the process of cultivating community volunteers,the cultivation of volunteer service spirit of community volunteers is the most important link,in the correct understanding and grasp of volunteer spirit of dedication,voluntary,fraternity and mutual support on the basis of community volunteer service,so that it can play the real value of volunteer service.This study group dynamics theory,energy theory and advantages perspective theory as the instruction,using semi-structured interviews and participatory observation research method,literature method,taking Qingdao K community volunteers and residents intend to participate in volunteer service as the research object,studied the role of group work in community volunteer spirit fosters.This study mainly explores how to make full use of the internal and external resources of the community by using the professional working method of group work,guide the community volunteers to build a more mature volunteer team,and achieve the goal of understanding,learning and transmitting the spirit of volunteerism and improving the quality of volunteer service.After seven times of "dots and dots" community volunteer spirit cultivation group activities,the group members had completely different views on volunteerism and volunteer service,and expressed their determination to continue to participate in volunteer service.Overall,group work plays a unique role in its involvement in the cultivation of community volunteers,but there are also some deficiencies.In future community volunteers to foster team work,in order to furtherimprove team effectiveness,should pay attention to such questions,such as: widen the service scope,attaches great importance to the team members "personality" characteristics,fully arouse the initiative of the community volunteer and responsibility consciousness,pay attention to discover and take advantage of group members,promote social workers work ability,improve the community volunteer management mechanism.In this way,the quality and effect of group work can be improved and guaranteed,and the community volunteers can give full play to their own resources and advantages,so as to promote the development of volunteer service and the construction of harmonious community.
