Research On The Resources-sharing Model Of Grassroots NGO Coalition In China

In recent years,A large number of grassroots NGO coalition in China are established.It has an effect on the integration of public resources and allocation of resources.More and more grassroots NGO realize that they can obtain more public resources to slove the development dilemma of organaization through establishing an alliance with other NGO.So,How do grassroots NGO coalitions among members integrate internal and external public resources?And how do grassroots NGO coalitions use and distribute public resources efficiently?This is the problem to be solved in this article.This paper focuses on the study of resource-sharing model of grassroots NGO alliance,and tries to explore this problem from the perspective of resource-sharing.Firstly,we put forward to the study question,summary the relative theory,and use resource dependence theory and social exchange theory as analysis reference.Then,we made the model through analyzing several projects which is operated by Huaxia Coalitions.We find that the grassroots NGO coalition has three models of resource-sharing,namely Support,Complementation and Multiplication.among which the multiplication model includes three types:public welfare production chain,resource radiation and key resource driven.Through the analysis of all the constructed resource sharing patterns,it is found that the combination of benefits is the prerequisite for cooperation between grassroots NGO organizations;Project is the way to form resource cooperation;Professional operation is the protection of resource efficiency.In this paper,we find the constraints for resource-sharing model through using these case which includes Huaxia coalition,Shandong coalition,Hunan coalition,Shanxi coalition.It includes small scale,the low degree of specialization and the paradox of resource allocation,which restricts efficient operation for resource sharing model among the grassroots NGOs.In order to overcome the restraint,It is necessary for Grassroots NGO alliance to provide the ability to integrate resource,promote the ability to specialization,promote distributing public resources.
