The corruption is a serious problem which influences China's reform and opening up.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the congress,Xi,who is the core of the CPC Central Committee and of the whole Party,pay attention to how to anti-corruption,sustained strengthen the party's clean government,push forward the further development of the anti-corruption struggle,has made remarkable achievements.At the same time,with the rapid development of Internet technology,the network anti-corruption come into the public view,government guides people participating in the network anti-corruption by network exposing,and government also builds websites or other forms of reporting network platform.Network anti-corruption is playing a very important role in the anti-corruption work,and it promotes China's anti-corruption struggle to a new stage at the same time.It can be said that "network anti-corruption" has become a new noun,new topic and new field in the construction of anti-corruption.The thesis studies the network anti-corruption,we apply network anti-corruption theory to the practice of anti-corruption in our country,through improving the network anti-corruption,and it's as an important measure to government anti-corruption,and it's becoming the way that the social public can participate in anti-corruption.The thesis analysis and summarizes the existing network anti-corruption literature,forms the concept of network anti-corruption,introduces the formation of network anti-corruption,summarizes three ways to network anti-corruption,including the network anti-corruption network media report,the government supervision and e-government network integrity culture propaganda,summarizes network anti-corruption haves several characteristics,as the anti-corruption participants wide crowd,high enthusiasm,report way have virtual and low cost,high efficiency and so on.Through case analysis,the network anti-corruption has some problem,as government reaction slowly,using information technology is not enough,false information interferes network anti-corruption,and network has defectiveness to protect citizens' rights,and pointed out the The reasons for these problems,including public opinion disposal mechanism is not perfect,network supervision system is not mature,government information disclosure work is not perfect,relevant laws and regulations is not sound.Finally,the thesis puts some forward suggestions on how to improve,develop and promote the network anti-corruption.
