Study On The Administrative Law Enforcement Of Animal Husbandry In Somewhere District Of Zhejiang City,Wenzhou Province

With the continuous progress of society and the continuous improvement of the economic level,the development of animal husbandry has a far-reaching impact on society as a whole.The supply of livestock products is an important symbol of a country's level of consumption and nutrition,and an important indicator of the degree of development of a country in today's world.With the rapid development of animal husbandry,all kinds of cases concerning animal husbandry and animal discipline have also occurred.The health and sustainable development of animal husbandry must rely on the administrative departments,enforce the functions of law enforcement by the administrative law enforcement departments,improve the efficiency of law enforcement and improve the law enforcement process so as to promote the harmonious development of animal husbandry.This paper takes the animal health supervision center in Zhejiang,Wenzhou Province as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the process of animal husbandry administrative law enforcement,and finds out the causes of the problems.It is expected that through the monographic study of this paper,we should consider how to further improve the laws and regulations of animal husbandry,and raise the level of administrative law enforcement in local administrative law enforcement departments.This paper consists of six parts: the first part is the introduction,analyzes the current background of the development of animal husbandry,through the analysis of the current situation of animal husbandry administrative law enforcement,and puts forward the research purpose and significance of this topic.The second part is the research basis of this topic.It expounds the concept of agricultural administrative law enforcement,animal husbandry administrative law enforcement,and the legal relationship of animal husbandry administrative law enforcement.The third part is the present situation and main problems of animal husbandry administrative law enforcement in Somewhere District,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang province.The main problem is the problems existing in the establishment of animal husbandry administrative law enforcement organs;the administrative laws and regulations of animal husbandry are not perfect;the administrative enforcement of animal husbandry is not standard and the management counterpart is weak in the legal system.The fourth part is the cause analysis of the existing problems of animal husbandry administrative law enforcement in Somewhere District,Wenzhou,Zhejiang province.The main reasons are the late start of the administrative law enforcement in animal husbandry,the road of reform has not kept pace with the times;the codification of laws has lagged behind;the level of animal husbandry administrative law enforcement is limited;and the Legal Popularization Work is not in place.The fifth part is the countermeasures to improve the level of animal husbandry administrative law enforcement.This part corresponds with the "problem" expounded in the fourth part.It will analyze how to perfect the organization,perfect the laws and regulations,standardize the law enforcement behavior,and improve the legal concept of the management counterpart.The last part is the conclusion.
