Research On The Mechanism Of Conflict Resolution In The View Of Social Good Governance

What the Chinese Marxists have been pursuing is to effectively resolve social contradictions,promote healthy,orderly and coordinated development of society,and achieve social good governance.In the localization of Marxism in China,Mao Zedong defined the contradictions of socialist society.In February 1957,Mao Zedong pointed out in his article Correctly Handling the Contradictions among the People that the unity of the state and all ethnic groups is the basic guarantee for win,but this is not to say that there is no contradiction in society.In the socialist society,the basic contradictions are still those between production relation and productivity and between superstructure and economic foundation,but they have fundamentally different nature and circumstance from the old society.Mao Zedong took China for example to discuss that the socialist production relation established conforms to the development of productivity,but it still has imperfect aspects contradictory to the development of productivity,which need to be resolved.But after they are resolved,there will be new problems and new contradictions to resolve.The contradictions continue to emerge and be resolved,which is the dialectical law of the development of things.This dialectical law was later summarized as the law that production relation must conform to the development of productivity or superstructure must conform to economic foundation from the perspective of historical materialism.It can be seen that Mao Zedong's theory of the basic contradiction in socialist society provides a theoretical basis to scientifically understand the direct driving force for the development of socialist society and formulate reform and opening-up policy.In the article Correctly Handling the Contradictions among the People,Mao Zedong also creatively put forward two kinds of contradictions of different natures of socialist society as well as a series of correct principles and methods to deal with the contradictions among the people,which add new contents to the historical materialism and provide theoretical guidance for to correctly distinguish and deal with the contradictions between enemy and ourselves and among the people.The Chinese society is in the special period of socialism construction with Chinese characteristics-the period of reform,opening up and social transformation,when social contradictions still exist and are complex and diverse.There are still two kinds of contradictions with different natures: between enemy and ourselves and among the people.Because in the international community,there are still Western hostile forces led by the United States,and they use all the opportunity to create troubles to curb the development of China.There are still a lot of contradictions among the people,so social good governance must focus on the benign mechanism resolving various social contradictions.Therefore,it is of great significance to take the social contradictions in China and their trends as the research background,the social good governance as the research horizon,and the rational analysis and empirical research as the methods to deeply study the resolving mechanism of contradictions under social good governance so as to maintain stable and harmonious society,promote modernization of national governance system and capacity,and achieve social good governance.The article consists of four parts.The first part mainly analyzed the logical relationship between social good governance and social contradiction,which introduced the theory of good governance and social good governance,contradiction and social contradiction,and then analyzed the dialectical and unified relationship between social good governance and social contradiction.The second part mainly analyzed the dilemma of resolving mechanism under social good governance,that is,the lack of "cooperative idea",the absence of good governance government,the lack of "pluralistic governance" system and the inefficiency of good governance modes.The third part mainly analyzed the causes of the dilemma of resolving mechanism and believed that there are both historical and realistic reasons as well as ideological and institutional reasons.The fourth part,based on China's national conditions,discussed the idea or measures of resolving mechanism from the perspective of good governance,and made following recommendations to establish the resolving mechanism for social contradictions: set up the concept of good governance to form a cooperative resolving mechanism;build an information platform to form a flowing resolving mechanism;integrate social forces to construct a pluralistic resolving mechanism;pay attention to both moral and legal issues to build a legal resolving mechanism.
