Study On Asset Appraisal Of Communication Troops In Military Reform

A strong army must adapt itself to the needs of the war and refonn it.China's combat system has been reformed for several times,but it still cannot adapt to the requirement of modern information war.The disarmament(2015-2020),is not only change of the number of personnel,the deeper is the military system reform,change of membership and security relations,resulting in a lot of troops involved in cutting,withdrawal,drop,change to a certain extent.These changes have brought a common problem,is to assess the military assets,to avoid the ma×imum force of the loss of assetsAt home and abroad,on the specific period of military reform and asset appraisal,a lot of researches have been done.At present,the researches on asset appraisal of the state-owned assets and the private enterprises are many,but less study of asset appraisal of communication troops in military reform.From the current situation,there are three main problems in the study of the assets appraisal of the communication f troops.Management issues,personnel capabilities and technical issues.Through the analysis,there are several reasons.First,the asset appraisal work started late,the second is the lack of military assets appraisal personnel,and the third is the military assets assessment work with independence.Therefore,aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.First,from the ideological understanding,improve the army to improve the understanding of asset appraisal.The second is to build a scientific evaluation system.The third is to establish a standardized assessment procedure.The fourth is to improve the military assets appraisal system and security system.In this paper,through the study of the current situation of the domestic and foreign asset appraisal,combined with the actual situation of the current military reform,the problems existing in the appraisal of the assets of the communication forces have been found.Through the analysis of the current communication troops asset appraisal issues,the corresponding countermeasures have been put forward,and advice and recommendations for the asset appraisal of military communication troops in current and future military reform have been provided.
