At present,the economy is still in the transition of social development in china,the development of the society of the impact of China's economy and society more and more important,in the face of the current social all kinds of complicated contradictions,natural disasters,accidents disasters,public health and social security exposed a series of disharmonious problems appeared in field of vision,as the society there are public emergency anytime and anywhere.Since September 11,911,a growing number of terrorist attacks,economic security incident and foreign-related emergencies such as social security events in the field of vision,became the harm social public emergencies,and at the same time with the development of science and technology,people living standard rise,all kinds of high technology into life,in addition to the traditional public events such as gas explosion,also appeared a battery explosion caused by new products of modern technological means such as public events.We in response to public emergencies of all kinds of unpredictable,in many developed countries in the world have begun to study and explore the rule of sudden public events,based on the law of sudden public events to explore,to seek countermeasures,easing social crisis,to promote the harmonious development of society,in order to further explore and deal with this kind of crisis management mechanism,thus scientific and reasonable response and disposal of the impact caused by sudden public events.Government as the main body of crisis management,attitude in the face of sudden public crisis events,reaction and measures will bring social stability can not be ignored,must give full play to the positive role of the government,in the emergency management of early warning and response in advance,the matter of agile response and emergency management afterwards,positive and effective measures were taken to return to work properly handle sudden public crisis.This article takes longquanyi district,“2.24” with the gas explosion accident emergency disposal of tunnel as an example,the emergency disposal of public emergency contingency plans in the work,on-site command,information release,such as rehabilitation and recovery factors are studied,and sufficient public emergency emergency disposal at home and abroad for reference,the results of work experience,for government at all levels and departments properly,rapid and effective to deal with emergent public events.
