Research On The Identification Of Reputation Infringement In The WeChat Official Accounts

Reputation is an important personality right enjoyed by the civil subject.In general cases of reputation disputes,the law protects reputation well.But in cyber space,especially in burgeoning self-media domain,such as WeChat Official Accounts,there are still some defects on the study of infringement cases.It is significant to carry out the study on the problem of identification of infringement the media field,which would promote the normatively development of self-media,conduct to the resolution of the freedom of expression and the protection of reputation.This article analyzed several widely discussedcases of WeChat Official Accounts infringement in recent years,discussed the identification of infringement of reputation.The particularity of infringement of reputation right in Cyberspace was summarized,the subject scope,tort and fault determination of reputation infringement,and the identification of damage degree of reputation right were preliminarily discussed.Finally,this article tried to explore the balance between the freedom of expression and the protection of reputation in cyber space.I hope that this article will help to better understand the issue of tort identification,and to play a role in this field of research.
