Research On Copyright Infringement Issues In Mongolian WeChat Official Accounts

As the influence of WeChat continues to expand and the number of users continues to increase,We Chat official account has become a form of We Media with far-reaching influence and has been favored by the majority of users.According to Tencent’s financial report for the third quarter of 2022,the monthly active users of We Chat reached 1.309 billion.This huge user group has provided a strong impetus for the development of We Chat and its official account,which has made great progress in the era of We Media and quickly became the largest social platform in China.In this process,the official account in We Chat,which uses Mongolian language to spread information for Mongols people,has also gradually emerged with the development of the times.From focusing on daily news information to enriching their cultural and entertainment life,it is more convenient to obtain information,faster to read and share,more comprehensive content and other advantages,and is popular and loved by Mongols people.However,the Mongolian We Chat official account also brought many problems in the process of information dissemination.Most ordinary WeChat users did not pay attention to intellectual property issues,their awareness of property rights protection was relatively weak,and the formulation of relevant laws and regulations lagged behind the rapid development of the times,which led to the repeated prohibition of copyright infringement.In order to balance the conflict between We Chat communication functions and protection interests,Studying intellectual property infringement on We Chat public platforms is of great significance.In terms of copyright infringement in WeChat official account,from the legal perspective,it is a kind of infringement problem;From the perspective of the media,it is a phenomenon of ethical misconduct that occurs during the operation of the media.Although the issue of We Chat copyright has aroused widespread concern in the academic and industry circles,few researchers have conducted in-depth discussions on how Mongolian We Chat official account can promote information sharing while protecting copyright,and how to balance the interests of copyright owners,We Chat users and We Chat platforms.Therefore,this article will start from the Mongolian WeChat official account and its existing copyright infringement problems and media anomie,analyze the characteristics of infringement through the Mongolian We Chat official account related to infringement judgment documents,and combine the dual perspectives of law and journalism and communication to find the key points to solve the Mongolian We Chat official account infringement problems,and sort out the media environment where infringement occurs,This paper discusses the ways to protect the copyright of We Chat official account works,and proposes to introduce flexible and reasonable use criteria,improve laws and regulations and disciplinary measures in the new environment,and establish more self-discipline organizations in the intellectual property industry.The construction of the ethical order of communication on the We Chat public platform still requires a long cycle and process.Only through multi-party cooperation and joint defense of the legitimate rights and interests of intellectual property owners can we ensure the orderly development of the WeChat public platform.
