Research On Infringement Identification And Copyright Protection Of WeChat Subscription Account Works

With the increasing protection of the copyright of online works and the crackdown on pirated works,the infringement of official accounts' works on We Chat platform still cannot be prohibited.Since the number of infringing works ranks first in the self-media platform,in-depth analysis of this phenomenon becomes particularly important.Firstly,this paper,on the basis of explaining the characteristics of the official accounts and the official accounts works,identifies the new infringements and methods of the official accounts works under the rapid technological development environment,and clarifies the impact of the new technology on the Wechat official accounts works infringement determination.Then,by trying to construct a dynamic game model between the user,the copyright owner and the regulator of official accounts' works,analyzes the conflict and the influence of behavior strategy of each participant in copyright protection from the perspective of game.Finally,based on the difficulties in the identification of official accounts' works' copyright infringement and the results of the game,this article proposes corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of solving the dilemma of infringement determination and copyright protection of Wechat official accounts' works and achieving the balance between copyright protection and dissemination.
