Viewing the increasing number of prisoners in custody and the trend towards diversified and complicated prisoner composition and crime types,the past prison supervision mode can not meet the demands of modern prison discipline and reformation to prisoners any longer.Thus applying mature information technology to routine discipline could supervise,transform and guide prisoners in a more efficient way.At the same time,it will increase security in prison,develop jailers' efficiency and ensure social stability.Under the premise of analysis and acquaintance on prison discipline,the thesis designs the basic information management system by QR entry.Throughintelligent terminal scanning QR,the system visits data base of prisoners,which will rapidly accurately achieve basic information and constructive guiding strategy of particular prisoners.Therefore the guiding scheme will be made correctly,effectively and quickly.The characteristics of QR entry on data base can keep jailers from devoting much energy to memorizing prisoners so that jailers put more time into making and carrying out efficient helping plans as well as developing their efficiency.The system will be divided into two parts,i.e.Generation and recognition system and information management system for prisoners.It is used in generating QR entry of data base and operating,renewing and maintaining prisoners' information.Jailers will use the system and otherwise officers will manage it.Until now,the system has completed the development of main functions.It has gradually improved its functions and run stable.The developing process of the system accords with our country's current laws and regulations on supervising prisoners.
