Today's business environment is getting more complex and the business competitions are getting extremely exciting. Depending on the traditional manual managerial work and the legacy systems, which scattered in different functions, enterprises have to face up the information chaos, have to deal with million duplicated, incorrect data everyday. Information cannot be shared between departments and functions within enterprises, also, the historical data cannot be found easily, outdated feedback overwhelm the management. All of these situations cause inefficient supply although the high volume stock are kept in warehouses which took up enterprises considerable active capital. Without right information and right planning, delivery becomes time-consuming, the utilization of equipment and labor are limited, the manufacture flexibility of the enterprise is restricted, production cost become higher while the production cycle is getting longer, the pace of product generation is slower, together with the decreasing income, the enterprise ability of managing the change are weaken by the end.To join the WTO, Chinese enterprises are facing both great opportunities and great challenges today. If enterprises are to survive in the competitions, they have to adopt new concepts, new ideas and methods to response initiatively to the great challenges from both outsider and insider. They have to solve the problems mentioned above. We have to recognize that to make good use of the enterprise resource will create the biggest fortune for enterprises.Because of the present challenges, opportunities and the difficulties which the Chinese enterprises encountered, the ERP market in China is developing rapidly. However, the most ERP systems are developed with insufficient management concept and advanced technology. Many supply chain management software system is too incomplete for the enterprise to integrate its information. With such information, enterprise cannot be able to management its supply chain and its whole organization. On the opposite, some system are developed with chaos, they try to integrate every single information without clear data categorization. Information chaos results enterprises have difficulties in management enterprise information effectively, also result the abort of many ERP project implementations. This study is to combine the research of enterprise informationalization theory and the study of the present ERP software system products, in order to bring out the author's systematic thinking for an ERP system and its information analysis. The study is continued with the further research in the management integration theory, supply chain theory and the software engineering, and finally come into being the ultimate ERP system framework study, which is very important to the Chinese ERP system developers, and also it is a significant guide to the Chinese enterprise who is going to invest in a ERP project.
