Present Situation And Countermeasure Study Of Tinanjin Goverment Management To The Migrant Muslims

With the further development of China’s reform and opening,the communication between the regions increased a lot.A number of mobile Muslim population flowed into the coastal open cities.For Tianjin,the flowing Muslims promotes national cultural exchanges and plays a positive role in the development of the city economy.But it also brings new problems to the urban management work and coordinating religious relations.Based on research by the Qinghai Muslim,using documentary research,questionnaire investigation methods and comparative study,we try to analyze the group characteristics,what and how they influence on the development of society.This paper fully combines the management of the floating population in Tianjin development phase and the current measures for the management of the floating minority.To summarize the shortcomings of Qinghai floating Muslims management,perceived barriers on understanding who should be the main body of government management;poor management system,the imperfection of the relevant laws and regulations.At the same time,in accordance with the relevant provisions of the central ethnic policies,combining with the successful experience of Shanghai,Hubei and other provinces and cities,we came up with several solutions,such as: strengthening the management cadres training,improving the quality of floating Muslim,improving the emergency response mechanism,integrating all kinds of social resources,carrying out the various kinds of safeguard measures,strengthening the law,funds and system.We explored a new way to manage the mobile Muslim management efficiently and protect their rights and interests properly.We try to help the Qinghai mobile Muslim adapt to urban society,and maintain the good situation of social harmony in Tianjin.
