Practical Research On The New Development Concept In The Economic And Social Development Of Hualong,Qinghai Province

In order to improve the quality of China’s economic development,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of "new development,coordination,green,open and sharing" on the the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee of the party.Hualong County in Qinghai Province has a relatively low level of productivity and a relatively backward economic development.It is a key county in China’s poverty alleviation and development work.Although it has been lifted out of poverty,the task of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and preventing poverty return is arduous.As the baton and traffic light of China’s economic and social development,the new development concept is the scientific guidance to guide China’s high-quality economic development.Only by practicing the new development concept can we realize the coordinated and all-round economic and social development in Hualong,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,and solve the "short board" in the process of building China into a modern power.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the practice of the new development concept in Hualong of Qinghai Province for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and realizing the "two centenary" goals.This research mainly includes the following four aspectsThe first part: the background and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the research content and methods,the key and difficult points of the research and innovation.The second part: elaborated Marx and Engels about the development theory as well as the party’s successive leaders about the development theory after the founding of new China,elaborated the connotation of the new development idea,proposed as well as its inheritance and development of Marxist development theory.The third part: elaborated the significance of the practice of the new development concept and the advantages and special significance of the new development concept in the economic and social development of Qinghai Hualong,combed the achievements of the practice of the new development concept in the economic and social development of Qinghai Hualong,on this basis,analyzed the existing problems and constraints through field surveys and interviews.The fourth part: To explore the path optimization measures of the new development concept in the practice of economic and social development in Hualong,Qinghai Province from five aspects: stimulating innovation ability,further building a new pattern of coordinated development,improving the governance ability and level of green development,comprehensively building a new pattern of open development,and realizing shared development.
