The Competitive Strategy Research On Hunan Qunyu Law Firm

In recent years,China's lawyers industry has been fully developed,the ranks of lawyers is developing and expanding rapid,the number of law firms continued to increase,they have made an important contribution on safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the parties,safeguarding the social justice,promoting the national rule of law,promoting the economic society development,lawyers have become an important force.At the same time,the growing competition in the industry has put forward a higher requirements on the management of the law firm.How to apply the modern management theory in combination with the actual situation of the law firm and enhance the core competence of the law firm is not only important to the survival and development of the law firm itself,but also significant to improve the overall level of legal service industry and process of socialist rule of law.This paper are analyzed the competition environment of Hunan Qunyu Law Firm,the team is stable,the customer and cash flow are stable,and they have the basis of certain professional development.But there are also exist some disadvantage like management loose,business homogeneous serious,poor marketing ability,and the accumulation of funds is not enough.The opportunities are mainly favorable policies,the industry development prospects is for the better,the challenges we meet mainly is the economic restructuring and upgrading made higher demands on the law firm,and the higher demands on the lawer under the application of large data,through implementing of differentiated focus strategy,to carry out the depth of professional accumulation,to build the core competitiveness,becoming the market leader in the market.This paper expounds the concrete competition plan,and puts forward the safeguard measures from five aspects: organizational structure,human resources,salary system,financial management and information system.This paper provides the theoretical support for the formulation and implementation of the competition strategy in order to improve the competitiveness of Hunan Qunyu Law Firm,and also for the other central and western regions of China.Small law firms to analyze their own situation,explore the development strategy,play a reference role on improving the management level.
