As a new product, electrical bicycle is recognized and accepted by the consumers steadily, which results a rapid increase in its produce and sale, hence there comes its growth period. Along with the increase in the demand of the electrical bicycle, the competition became intensified in this industry. As a firm in this industry, Changfeng Corporation must study the competing strategy to gain the predominance. At first this paper analyses the economic environment, policy environment, social environment and technology environment of the industry. Based on the analysis of the industry structure, main rivals and also the analysis of the internal resource and SWOT of Changfeng Corporation, it brings forward with the strategic object of the Corporation and the following strategies in high differentiation, integration and marketing. At last, this paper provides with the measures to implement the said strategy, including enhancing marketing management, strengthening research and development, improving personnel quality, applying brand strategy and realizing industry upgrading.
