Employment is able to obtain employment permit in China,and get paid work.In accordance with the relevant provisions of the existing of the exit and entry administration law,employment is a licensing system in our country to foreigners,have to go to China to obtain employment,it must be to get the \ "employment permit\" issued by the relevant departments,and to apply for a work visa and get the invitation issued by the director of employment sectors.The foreigner employment system,for the most part,are all follow the principle of the license,but the law of management is also very important,in recent years because of illegal employment of foreigners in China problem let us see the current problems existing in the management of law.China's current economic development speed,big demand for Labour,are able to provide more jobs,and the cost of living is not high also,also friendly to foreigners,these are all attract many foreigners to the reason of employment in our country,but because the phenomenon of illegal employment is more,the effects on the existing order of employment,but also harm the national sovereignty and security.The problem is real,is not only the management of the problem,the problem for the legislation.From the point of legislation,countries have no foreigner employment law,formulating special management currently some law to keep up with the pace of The Times.Currently there is no specific law enforcement and supervision agencies,the department of unclear responsibilities between efficiency is very low.Because there is no uniform law,so no unified standards in judicial practice,when dealing with all kinds of illegal cases judgment standard is not unified.Foreigners employed in China is have a right,China has taken part in some international conventions on human rights,should fully protect the rights of foreigners.However,because of the special national conditions in our country,and the difference of social system,so in the management of employment should be combined with its own national conditions,also should follow the rules of the development of the market.Many foreigners employment is to choose the neighboring countries,because employment exist,the influence to the global Labour force employment relationship.For the employment of foreigners in China,at the same time of strengthening guide should pay attention to the maintenance of national sovereignty and security.Foreigners employed in China to ensure social stability,economic development better,prompting system more standardized,to promote China's economic and social good and fast development.
