The Influence And Countermeasures Of Anomie Behavior Of Public Servants At The Grass-roots Level On The Credibility Of Grass-roots Government

In recent years,the lack of Government Credibility has become a common problem worldwide,including my own.Mainly for government authority and legitimacy being questioned citizens fall in trust for the government's respect.Our Credibility of the Government is also facing new challenges,how to break the key aspect,the credibility of the level and field,promote the credibility of the local government,will become the era proposition of great significance.The Grass-roots public servants refers to direct contact with the citizens in the work process,and has a lot of discretion in the performance of the work of those organizations staff in local government and public service workers.In this article,referring to the county(district)government,township government(street offices)and its subordinate authorities all work directly with people in the business entity contact staff,including the county and township administrative law enforcement departments,public business window is dealt with people and staff without civil servant status of diligent.As an administrative administrator in the field of law enforcement or service,if the Grass-roots public servants behavior is out of tune,it will profoundly affect the image of the government among the groups and affect the credibility of the grass-roots government.The anomie behavior mainly reflects on the deviation of policy implementation,including Abuse of power behavior,selective behavior and negative behavior.They harm the credibility of the government,which is reflected in damaging the image of the government,government functions,the influence of the effective implementation of the grassroots service-oriented government construction,influence the development of the market economy etc.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,the research status at home and abroad as well as the research ideas and innovation points.The second chapter mainly introduces the basic theory,including the credibility define,measure,the present situation analysis of the Grass-roots Government Credibility,the concept,characteristics and sources of power,of the streets of bureaucracy,at last mentioned the meaning of improving Street bureaucratic misconduct to improveGrass-roots Government Credibility.The third chapter mainly introduces the concrete manifestation of the misconduct of the street bureaucracy and its influence on the Grass-roots Government Credibility.The fourth chapter introduces the influence of the misconduct of the street bureaucracy on the Grassroots Government Credibility and the reasons for its emergence on the basis of chapter 3.On the basis of chapter four,for the reasons of misconduct of the street bureaucrat,the fifth chapter expounds the effective ways to enhance the Grassroots Government Credibility,including strengthening the construction of the street bureaucracy,strengthening the supervision of public opinion and perfecting the power system.In the final conclusion,it will take a long time to improve the Grassroots Government Credibility by improving the behavior of the Street bureaucrat.
