The Study On The Issue Of Modern Animal Husbandry Policy Of Ethnic Group Area Under The Background Of Internet Plus

The "INTERNET PLUS" as a symbol of the new era with the integration of traditional industries does not only give new impetus for industrial transformation and upgrading,but also provides a powerful guarantee for the government to improve the policy level and governance capacity.Academically,there are a lot of research in the domestic and international on the integration of the Internet and traditional industries for strengthening of the government public services,improvement of the ability of public policy,etc.Integration of INTERNET PLUS and modern agriculture as an important part of the development strategy of INTERNET PLUS has been developed largely.However,compared with the said situation and development,the research on the policy of modern animal husbandry in the frontier ethnic group regions,has been lagging behind.Therefore,the paper researches on the policy of modern animal husbandry in ethnic group areas under the background of INTERNET PLUS through the investigation and visit by author in XilinGol League,Inner Mongolia,an classical ethnic group area,used professional knowledge of public policy sciences to hunt the existing main problems of public policy and public services,and put forward solution to improve modern animal husbandry policies in ethnic group areas under the background of INTERNET PLUS.
