As China's current population aging and aging process continues to accelerate, the problem of old-age pension security is becoming increasingly serious. At the same time, the early population policies have led to the gradual shrinking of the size of our family and tending to be core, the pressure of children's old-age support is increasing, and the traditional role of family support is gradually weakening. As a result, various forms of social old-age care, such as home-based care, institutional care, and community-based care, have gradually begun to play an important role, especially the home-based care model that meets my country's basic national conditions and traditional old-age care culture has been widely promoted. However,my country's current home care services are still in the initial stage of development, and there are various problems such as imbalanced supply and demand of care services, large differences in demand between urban and rural residents, and unitary service items. In order to better meet the old-age needs of urban and rural residents and improve their living standards,it is necessary to understand their real home-based old-age service needs through field surveys, and specifically analyze the factors that affect their home-based old-age service needs. On this basis, this article uses the interview method and questionnaire survey method to focus on 500 urban and rural residents in Jiaozuo city home care service demand and its influencing factors, and the collected data using SPSS data analysis software for cross analysis and regression analysis. In the design of variables, this paper mainly selects the individual characteristics of the elderly, family environmental factors and community living conditions, which is different from the current research results. In the community living conditions, the elderly are mainly selected to be satisfied with the medical and elderly care of the community they live in.degree.First,analyze the difference between urban and rural residents' demand for home-based elderly care services through descriptive statistics;second, analyze whether there is a relationship between independent variables and various types of home-based aged care services required by residents through cross-tables;There is a quantitative relationship between the variables and the various types of home care services that residents need. Finally,a comparison is made to analyze the differences between urban and rural residents in the factors that affect the demand for home care services. The analysis results show that the individual characteristics of the elderly, family environmental factors and community living conditions all have varying degrees of impact on their elderly care service needs.Based on this, the research conclusion is drawn: individual characteristics are an important basis for influencing residents' demand for home care services;family pension resources are still an important source of residents' care services;community basic service facilities and environment significantly affect the needs of residents' home care services;urban and rural residents' home care services The demand for services has increased but there are significant differences;there are differences in the factors that affect the demand for home care services for urban and rural residents;the information about home care services for urban and rural residents does not match and the supply and demand are unbalanced. Finally, prospects for future writing and future research directions and research priorities of the thesis will enrich the current research results.
