Research On Social Work’s Intervention Model Of Home

knowledge was further summarized,summed up for Jiangmen City,the local characteristics of the home care service of social work intervention model,Jiangmen City or other area home pension service of social work intervention to provide reference.This study mainly uses qualitative research methods,early in the basis of the research literature,by field observation,focus group interviews,in-depth interviews,case studies,a community of Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province,home care service objects and their families and service partners(such as community public service station),community residents,evaluation and provide services of social workers to carry out the investigation,study of social work intervention specific service process and intervention methods.On the basis of the analysis of the overall service strategy,explore the social work intervention model suitable for home care services in Jiangmen.According to the background and needs of A community home care services,this study analyzed the specific process of social work intervention from four aspects of overall service,case work,group work and community work.The study found that the overall service of A community home care service station is to promote the improvement of service life from two aspects of home life and community interaction.To construct the family to the community care system in a community home endowment service station,on the one hand,the service station through visits,case work and other services to intervene directly in to the family;on the other hand service stations through the integration of community workers,residents,volunteer,charitable group weaving and other community resources,prompting the to provide support for the service object of the family.Through in-depth interviews and case studies,the analysis found that the social work intervention mainly from three directions:psychological counseling,family support and community care.Social workers on the one hand to in-depth focus on the service object of the family,by enhancing the service object of my life self-care function and its family of family care functions,from the internal improve the living conditions of the focus of the service object;on the other hand,social workers need to link and community management and housekeeping,medical care and charity,and administrative service resources,from outside the service resource introduced to clients focus on family.This study also used literature research method,observation method and focus group,analysis of typical cases,summed up the basic intervention methods of group work and community work.Group work intervention method is mainly through group interaction process to enhance the ability of living in the service object,the intervention method from strengths perspective and enhance the power of ideas of,is conducive to mining and older age groups the ability to play.In addition,community work,social work intervention method is promote service object and residents of social participation,links and resources as the object of service support,this intervention method starting from the perspective of integration of resources,efforts to gradually build home pension services community care system.In further summary based on the methods and characteristics of social work service,this article summarizes the Jiangmen City,home care service of social work intervention model is"family for the community care model",is a from intervention home pension service object family life that occupy the home to provide services,and build community home endowment care system two route two pronged service model.On the one hand,social workers into the service object of family life,pay attention to play the normal function of family pension;on the other hand,through the promotion of a wide range of social participation,integration of resources to develop a wide range of home care services,introducing and cultivating service team,construction of community nursing care system and to promote its services for the elderly.
