Social governance emphasizes that through a series of communication?negotiation and cooperation,the government and social organizations.enterprises and citizens to establish a partnership to jointly manage the social affairs.The idea of social governance has been gradually applied to the community?business?social and national governance.Since its inception in 2014,West Coast New Zone keeps promoting the innovation of social governance,and actively builds a social governance pattern of"the Party leadership,government responsibility,social coordination,public participation,and law protecting",and speeds up a system of“Safe?Good management?Low rate of visits?high stability?Good mediation and Good service”.This paper will focus on the problems and countermeasures research of social governance in West Coast New Zone.This paper mainly is divided into 5 parts.Part 1 is introduction,including background and meaning?research status?thesis framework and reaseach method.Part 2 is basic connotation and theoretical basis.Part 3 is elaborating the work practise,through the methods of literature analysis?case analysis and so on,to research and discussion the institutional innovation?mechanism innovation and methods innovation.Part 4 is to analysis of the problems,including the awareness?current situation of multiple subjects and supportings.Pant 5 is to propose some suggestions in raising awareness?building multiple subjects and riching supporting functions,and so on.To New Zone,social governance innovation is a strategic measure of stimulating social vitality?developing economics and keeping stable.One side,it introduced some characteristic mearsures,the other side,there are still some problems.Through the immutare study,we want to share some experinces and reveal some problems,Finally make a little contribution to the developing of social governance innovation of New Zone.
