Research On Grassroots Social Governance In Qingdao West Coast New Area

Establishing a sound social governance system is a major task in social construction.It is also an important element of national governance.Qingdao West Coast New Area is the ninth national new area in China.How to gain a foothold among many national new areas,explore a vibrant and efficient grassroots social governance model,and improve the sense of well-being and security of residents in Qingdao West Coast New Area is an important element to stand out among many national new areas.The thesis takes grassroots social governance in Qingdao West Coast New Area as the research object,expecting that through the research,the optimisation of grassroots social governance in Qingdao West Coast New Area will be proposed to achieve the effect of improving the level of grassroots social governance in Qingdao West Coast New Area.Based on a review of domestic and international literature,the thesis summarises and analyses the relevant theories,taking the grassroots social governance in Qingdao West Coast New Area as the research object,and starts from the current situation of grassroots social governance in Qingdao West Coast New Area,and analyses the current work done and the problems that exist.Using a combination of questionnaire and interview methods,the research investigates the effectiveness of grassroots social governance and the factors affecting the effectiveness of governance in Qingdao West Coast New Area.Based on the analysis of the survey results,four key factors affecting the effectiveness of grassroots social governance in Qingdao West Coast New Area are identified,namely institutional mechanism,talent team,social participation and information technology level.Based on the survey results,and taking into account the actual situation of Qingdao West Coast New Area,the optimisation plan of establishing a three-dimensional grassroots social governance system,diversified grassroots social governance subjects and an information-based grassroots social governance platform is proposed from the perspective of optimising the current governance plan,and the implementation of the optimisation plan is guaranteed from four aspects,namely mechanism guarantee,talent guarantee,financial guarantee and technical guarantee,to ensure that the optimisation plan The thesis also provides a theoretical enrichment of social governance.In theory,the thesis enriches the research content of grassroots social governance theory in social governance theory,and provides some reference for further improving the theoretical system of grassroots social governance in China.In practice,it can optimise the grassroots social governance system in Qingdao West Coast New Area,and also provide reference for the grassroots social governance in other regions.
