Evaluation Of Beautiful Rural Construction In Qingdao West Coast New Area

As pointed out at the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers are fundamental issues bearing on the national economy and people’s livelihood.To give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,we must always make solving issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers a top priority in the Party’s work.Farming civilization runs through the inheritance process of Chinese historical civilization.To achieve the development goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way,it is necessary to promote the construction of beautiful countryside,improve rural production and living conditions,develop rural social undertakings,and renovate rural residential environment.This paper takes the construction of beautiful countryside in Qingdao West Coast New District as the research object,establishes the evaluation index system and evaluation model,carries on the empirical evaluation,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions,which has the important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this paper clarifies the background,purpose and significance of the research,analyzes the status quo of the research on beautiful countryside at home and abroad,and determines the research ideas,main contents and methods of the paper.Secondly this article from the overall situation of planning,the government investment situation,the overall situation of construction,organizational leadership situation analysis of the current situation of the west coast of Qingdao,new city beautiful rural construction,found project construction progress is slow,lack of rural infrastructure,rural characteristic culture combined with insufficient,villagers to participate in the support and the shortage of rural industry supporting problems now.Thirdly,on this basis,using literature analysis method,empirical research method,analytic hierarchy process,expert scoring method and other research methods,according to the relevant standards and requirements of beautiful village construction in Shandong Province,the evaluation index system and evaluation model of beautiful village construction in Qingdao West Coast New Area are established.Fourth,some experts were invited to evaluate the construction of beautiful rural areas in the West Coast New District.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to calculate the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of beautiful rural areas in the West Coast New District of Qingdao,and the corresponding indexes were analyzed.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Qingdao West Coast New District,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction of beautiful countryside in Qingdao West Coast New District in the future,which can be summarized as dealing with the "eight relations".That is,the relationship between planning and construction,demolition and protection,hardening and greening,village beauty and industrial development,characteristics and system,government leadership and farmers,government input and social participation,construction and management.
