A Study Of The Management Of Foreign Residents In Tianjin Based On The Public Security Reform

In recent years,Chinese rapid economic development has leapt to be the second,Chinese is deepening the reform of socialistic market economic system.With the communicationincreasing,the foreign staff in Tianjin also increased compared with the previous entris.The management of foreigners' exit and entry affairs faces new challenges.The content of the management of the entry and exit is increasing,and the burden of responsibility is also increasing.At present,the situation of the management of domistic foreigners is becoming more and more complicated.For the management of domestic foreigners,the management mode and the innovation idea in the new era need the overall planning and reform.We are facing many problems such as the foreigner management raise,service groups needing to expand,and so on.How to further strengthen the management of foreigners has become a necessary topic to be discussed.At present,the reform of public security is in full swing,in which the "1 + 3" program to build athree-dimensional approach to comprehensive management of entry and exit made clearrequirements.Based on the background of the public security reform,this paper selects Tianjin exit and entry management through the literature research and case analysis system.On the basis of profound analysis of the relationship between government,public security and social level in the management of foreigners,the author tries to refine the overall operation mode from the aspects of optimizing the top design,doing the entry and exit police,expanding the social extension,to explore the establishment of a complete system and normal operation mechanism,and then build a responsibilities clear,progressive hierarchy,closely linked pattern of vertical integrated management of foreigners,effective service for the long-term development for the management of foreigners.
