Research On The Property Of Online Public Opinion Crisis In China

The paper discusses the attribute category,nature and characteristics of Chinese Internet public opinion crisis.Clustering the network public opinion crisis event attribute,and based on the clustering Result analysis network public opinion crisis attribute to the network public opinion crisis evolution influence proposed the response measure which based on the network public opinion crisis event attribute.This article divides the Chinese network public opinion crisis into three categories,a total of 13 attributes,from the public opinion crisis to select the event samples for content analysis and mathematical statistics,the network public opinion crisis event samples in the distribution of the various attributes,the distribution of the data presented and graphic display.Then,the paper made a new clustering of public opinion crisis attribute,and according to the different crisis attribute to the degree of social harm,and analyzes the causes and characteristics of these three kinds of crisis events respectively.In the public opinion of dangerous attribute,the probability of generating secondary public opinion crisis is much lower than that of the high-risk attribute,and the low danger attribute is more through the path three,after the public opinion crisis development stage gradually enters the retreat stage.Thus,the influence of the network public opinion crisis on the evolution of the crisis is obtained:First,the crisis attribute affects the outbreak of the climax of the crisis,the high risk attribute is more likely to cause the crisis to enter the outbreak stage,the middle dangerous attribute is the second,the low dangerous attribute is the most difficult to enter the second is that the public opinion crisis attribute affects the generation of the secondary public opinion crisis,the public opinion of the danger attribute is second,the low dangerous attribute's evolution is the most difficult to generate the secondary public opinion crisis.Third,the public opinion crisis attribute affects the ebb and purification of public opinion crisis,the three-level public opinion early warning mechanism was developed.There is respectively three-level early-warning mechanism.According to the mechanism,the paper puts forward the relevant suggestions.
