Research On Government Supervision On Network Car

Network car referred to as "network bus",refers to the passengers through the mobile web carrier on the taxi software,in the network car park company to make an appointment vehicle to complete the transport service of a new way of travel.This new way of travel not only solves the problem of calling taxi,alleviates the crowded traffic in the city,but also greatly improves the utilization efficiency of idle vehicle resources,but the legal problems caused by it are obvious.Especially with the network car industry continues to develop,how the government to monitor,become more complex.It needs to be systematically analyzed.This paper mainly uses the methods of text analysis and comparative analysis to construct and study the government regulation in the network.The article body consists of four parts: in the first part,the network car is the product of the shared economy,introduces the basic theoretical background and development of the shared economy,and analyzes the impact to the traditional taxi industry.The second part,combing our country on the current network of vehicles related to the provisions,and focus on the analysis of its imperfections.The third part,combing some modes of government regulation in foreign government.The fourth part,combined with the current provisions of the network car,put forward specific recommendations.
