A Study Of A City's Legal Bodies In Their Law Enforcement And Supervision

Under the background of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way,the establishment of a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics was basically completed,and also turned into a law system.In this process,the administrative law enforcement of government plays a key role in the establishment of the law system.As an important part of the internal supervision of administrative law enforcement,the administrative law enforcement supervision of the government's legal organizations is significant in developing administrative law enforcement and perfecting the construction of a law-based government.Therefore,it' s very important to study the current situation,existing problems and solutions to promote the construction of the rule of law in China.Based on literature reviews,this paper studied the administrative law enforcement supervision of the legal institutions in A City municipal government by using the theories of management,such as check and balance and opportunism suppression theory,and found some problems to be improved in the process of administrative law enforcement supervision through the group on-site interviews,such as weak supervisor,serious lack of supervision evidence,superficial supervision contents,defects in supervision mode,supervision environment to be improved,etc.This paper used the Xmind software and fishbone diagram to objectively and comprehensively analyze the causes of the existing problems from the supervision bodies,supervision evidence,supervision mode,supervision environment,and put forward some suggestions for the administrative law enforcement supervision of the legal institutions in A City municipal government on strengthening support,improving modes,strengthening construction,perfecting and improving the system by drawing on the advanced practice and experiences of administrative law enforcement supervision such as Heilongjiang,Tianjin and Wuhan.
