Innovative Research On Grass-root Governance Of Rural Area

The foundation of national governance is rural grass-roots governance,and the level of rural primary governance directly affects the national governance system and the capacity to modernize.With further promote the development of urban and rural areas as a whole,social change and the social stratum division governance increasingly intensified,the challenge of fragmentation of China's rural grass-roots governance,a growing all kinds of complicated contradictions and problems.Faced with these challenges and problems,the traditional rural governance pattern of rural township government,which is based on state power,has restricted the modernization of national governance capacity.To deepen rural grass-roots governance has become the focus of government governance.S town of Xingye county is located in southeastern Guangxi Autonomous Region,having experienced the taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation,and highlights the current situation and problems of grass-root governance of rural area.This article takes the present situation of poverty governance of S town of Xingye County as the breakthrough point,explores the innovative research path of rural grassroots governance on the basis of theoretical support and empirical analysis by comparing he experience of rural grassroots governance from various regions.This article introduces the theory of governance and rural grassroots governance in the first place,makes a general analysis of the connotation of rural grassroots governance;secondly,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of rural grassroots governance from actual S Town of Xingye County;finally,drawing lessons from the outstanding achievements of rural governance in developed countries and regions,and aiming at the actual conditions of China's current political,economic and social fields,we propose innovative strategies for improving rural governance at the grassroots level.
